Roundabout Theatre Company will present of Picnic, starring Reed Birney as "Howard Bevans", Maggie Grace as "Madge Owens", Elizabeth Marvel as "Rosemary Sydney", Sebastian Stan as "Hal Carter", Mare Winningham as "Flo Owens" and Ellen Burstyn as "Helen Potts". This production will be directed by Sam Gold. The cast will also feature Madeleine Martin (Millie Owens), Ben Rappaport (Alan Seymour), Cassie Beck (Christine Schoenwalde), Maddie Corman (Irma Kronkite), Chris Perfetti (Bomber). Picnic will begin previews on December 14, 2012 and open officially on January 13, 2013 at the American Airlines Theatre on Broadway (227 West 42 nd Street). Celebrating 10 years, Resonance Ensemble (Eric Parness, Artistic Director; Rachel Reiner, Managing Director) will revel in classic fashion tonight, June 1, 2012 at the Judson Memorial Meeting Room (55 Washington Square South). This year's program is entitled 10 YEARS/10 DREAMS, featuring 10 ten-minute plays inspired by William Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream. The Gala will begin with a cocktail reception and silent auction at 6PM, followed by performances at 7PM. Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron's hit Off Broadway show, Love, Loss, and What I Wore, welcomed its newest cast, including comedian and journalist Jenny Allen (I Got Sick Then I Got Better), Broadway actress Maddie Corman (Next Fall), TV and stage veteran Eve Plumb ('The Brady Bunch'), and TV newcomer Amanda Setton ('Gossip Girl,' 'One Life to Live') on Thursday, November 3. They join returning cast member Zuzanna Szadkowski ('Gossip Girl'). The new cast performs through December 4, 2011.
