Clayton Cornelious as Caterpillar, Jose Llana (Spelling Bee, Flower Drum Song) as El Gato, Karen Mason (Hairspray, Mamma Mia!) as Queen of Hearts, Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde, Cabaret, Jekyll and Hyde) as Mad Hatter, Carly Rose Sonenclar (Les Miserables, Little House on the Prairie) as Chloe and Edward Staudenmayer (Spamalot, Martin Short: Fame Becomes Me) as White Rabbit. With a book by Gregory Boyd and Jack Murphy, lyrics by Jack Murphy, music by Frank Wildhorn, choreography by Marguerite Derricks and direction by Gregory Boyd, WONDERLAND will open at Broadway's Marquis Theatre on Sunday, April 17, 2011, and performances will begin Monday, March 21.

Kate Shindle (Legally Blonde), John Arthur Greene (West Side Story), and Matt Doyle (Bye Bye Birdie) will join host Marti Gould Cummings for this year's 2nd Annual A Very MARY Holiday benefit on Monday, November 29 at Dixon Place at 8:00pm. The starry holiday benefit raises money and awareness for The Ali Forney Center and their programs. This year, A Very MARY Holiday will add a new element of the program, presenting the Broadway Speaks OUT! Hero Award to a member of the Broadway community who continues to be an incomparable and unwavering supporter of LGBT rights and the equality of all. Tony Award Winner and current star of Broadway's WOMEN ON THE VERGE, Laura Benanti (Gypsy, In the Next Room, Nine) has been chosen as this year's Broadway Speaks OUT! Hero Award Honoree, replacing actress Judith Light due to scheduling conflicts during the busy holiday season.

David Alpert and DiStar Productions/Justin Huebener are pleased to announce the third annual concert series of LIVING FOR TODAY, with musical direction by Michael Postic, and direction by David Alpert. LIVING FOR TODAY will play a one-night-only engagement at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42nd St. NYC, NY 10036) on October 24, 2010 at 9:30PM.

In light of the recent attention on suicide amongst gay youth driven by bullies, the Broadway community has been teaming up with the Trevor Project for the 'It Gets Better' campaign, encouraging gay or questioning youth to hold their heads high and seek help. Nearly the entire show featured world-premiere songs, created for the evening, by such composers as Grammy Award winners Desmond Child and Julie Gold. This year's honoree was producer Michael Butler. He is one of the most successful theatrical producers, lauded for bringing HAIR to Broadway in 1968, and an active proponent of youth creating positive global social change.

In a recent Vermont Public Radio segment, Nina Keck reported that a new musical about Greta Garbo's life, titled 'Garbo and Me,' is in development and will be performed tonight at Rutland's Paramount Theatre.
