Bill Pullman & Donald Holder to be Honored at New York Stage and Film's Winter Gala

New York Stage and Film has announced that its annual Winter Gala will honor star of stage and screen Bill Pullman, whose decades-long career includes starring roles in the blockbuster film Independence Day, While You Were Sleeping and Broadway's The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia?;  as well as 2-time Tony Award-winner and 11-time nominee Donald Holder, lighting designer of Broadway's The Lion King, The King & I, and the upcoming Fiddler on the Roof revival, among countless others.  The Winter Gala will be held on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at The Plaza Hotel (770 Fifth Avenue, New York City).  For more information on New York Stage and Film, please visit http://www.newyorkstageandfilm.org/.

Cape Rep Theatre to Present LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, 11/5-12/6

Cape Rep Theatre concludes its 30th Anniversary season with the Tony-winning Jerry Herman and Harvey Fierstein musical, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES, November 5th through December 6th: Wednesdays and  Thursdays at 7 pm, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm, and Sundays at 2pm, with an additional 2 pm matinee on Saturday, November 28.  There are no performances November 8, 11, 25 or 26.  Tickets are $33-35.  Pay-What-You-Can-Night is the first Friday, November 6th. Its world premiere, directed by Margarett Perry, will be presented by Nylon Fusion Theatre Company from October 3 to 25 at New Ohio Theatre, 154 Christopher Street.
