Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet brings their annual presentation of George Balanchine's The Nutcracker to Hershey Theatre on Saturday, December 16th at 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 17th at 2:00 p.m.

George Balanchine's famous ballet THEME AND VARIATIONS will be performed at Gran Teatro de La Habana in October.

Boston Ballet Artistic Director Mikko Nissinen has announced the 2017-2018 season roster. A total of 65 dancers make up the Company roster, with 55 in the main company and ten in Boston Ballet II (BBII), Boston Ballet's second company.

 On July 29, the Vail Dance Festival kicks off its 29th year (July 29- August 12) with a season of new collaborations, artist debuts, and world premieres.

Miami City Ballet will present a world premiere ballet choreographed by Troy Schumacher as part of the opening program of New York City Center's 2017 Fall for Dance Festival on October 2 and 3 at New York City Center (55th Street between 6th & 7th Avenues). The new work has been commissioned by City Center and is a meditation on childhood, set to Francis Poulenc's Concerto for Two Pianos in D Minor and featuring a cast of 14 Miami City Ballet dancers.

The Sarasota Ballet announces today that the Company, alongside American Ballet Theatre Principal Marcelo Gomes, will be presented by Works & Process, the distinguished and celebrated performing arts series at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York City.
