Firehouse Theatre's AMERICAN IDIOT Names New Johnny

As the result of a personal emergency that led to the cancellation of the original press opening of Firehouse Theatre's production of AMERICAN IDIOT on Saturday, June 25, the show will now open for press on Saturday, July 16 at 7:30pm.

There has also been a casting change. In a mutually agreed upon decision between John Mincks and Firehouse, Mincks -- who originated the role of Johnny -- will leave the AMERICAN IDIOT company after the Friday, July 1 performance. The role of Johnny will be played by Denver Crawford for the remainder of the run.
