Gallery Theatre Company's WAIT UNTIL DARK Hits Bloomington Civic Theatre 9/25-10/25

Bloomington Civic Theatre presents Gallery Theatre Company's Wait Until Dark, which opens Friday, September 25, 2009 and runs through October 25, 2009. The Frederick Knott-show is directed by Lynn Musgrave.

In this mystery thriller, a thug smooth talks his way into the home of Susy Hendrix, a blind Greenwich Village housewife.  Unbeknownst to Susy, she is harboring a dangerous prize and he'll use every trick to get it, including trying to convince Susy that her husband has been implicated in the crime.  Murder and mayhem ensue when she refuses but Susy levels the playing field by plunging the apartment into total darkness.
 
Spend an evening on The Edge of your seat with the genre Hitchcock made classic.  This psychological thriller probes which frightens us more - the evil you can see coming, or the oNe You can't?
