Asia Network For Dance (AND+) Launched In Hong Kong On 18 May Last Friday, 18 May, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) launched the Asia Network for Dance (AND+). AND+ is a network initiated by WKCDA, combining the four elements - Asia, Network, Dance and Connection.

The network is dedicated to connecting, developing and empowering contemporary practice in dance within Asia, providing a comprehensive platform for knowledge exchange and information sharing, deepening connection within the region and promoting the status of dance in Asia.

WKCDA is also committed to bringing together top dance artists from Asia and around the world through AND+, providing a good environment for cultural exchange and creation, preparing for the dedication of the first Dancehouse in the Lyric Theatre Complex in 2023 so as to become a leading dance hub in Asia. AND+ will be steered by a core group which is a collective of professionals in dance from different regions and organisations. There are currently 14 members in the core group.
