SYNOPSIS

This 50-minute adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet is an educational partnership between Gulfshore Playhouse, the Naples Philharmonic at Artis–Naples, and the Collier County Public Schools. Created for 11th-grade students, the performance combines the story of Shakespeare’s classic play with orchestral selections from Tchaikovsky's and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet Suites. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this educational collaboration that will bring professional theatre to students across Southwest Florida.
