Seeking other dates: Equity actors for roles in Maples Repertory Theatre's 2026 season. See breakdown for production-specific dates.
Please prepare two contrasting monologues OR one monologue and one song. An accompanist will be provided. If you are a guitar player, please also come prepared to accompany yourself.
An Equity monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

Snoopy: Energetic, imaginative beagle. Vocal range: Tenor (C3–A4).
Linus van Pelt: Wise, blanket-toting younger brother. Vocal range: Tenor (C3–A4).
Schroeder: Beethoven-obsessed, calm. Vocal range: Tenor (C3–A4).
Sally Brown: Quirky, dramatic, and charming. Vocal range: Soprano (B3–Aâ5).

Carlino: Male, 30s–50s. A burly, gruff, crooked cop and accomplice to Roat.
Gloria: Female, 12–14 years old (or actresses who can play this range). A bratty, petulant neighbor.
Sam Hendrix: Male, 30s–50s. Susan’s loving, photographer husband.

Janet: Female-identifying, 20s–30s. Range: Mezzo-Soprano A3–Eâ5. A naive, wholesome, stereotypical “All-American” girl. Until she isn’t.
Riff Raff: Male-identifying, 20s–50s. Range: Rock Tenor D3–B4. Disgruntled butler. Creepy, comedic.
Magenta: Female-identifying, 20s–50s. Range: Mezzo-Soprano Bb3–Eâ5. Maid. Slightly scary, overtly sexual, weird.
Columbia: Female-identifying, 20s–40s. Range: Mezzo-Soprano E4–E5. Quirky, passionate, lost soul. Must be able to tap dance.
Rocky: Male-identifying, 20s–40s. Range: Tenor A3–G4. Classic 1950s body-builder, “the perfect man.”
Eddie / Dr. Scott: Male-identifying, 30s–50s. Range: Baritone F3–F#4. Rock ’n’ roll bad boy / comedic scientist with a German accent.
Narrator: Any gender, 30s–70s. Non-singing role. Commanding presence. Improv.
