PREPARATION
Mrs. Christie by Heidi Armbruster — two contemporary monologues, no more than four minutes total.
OTHER DATES
- Mrs. Christie — first rehearsal May 26, 2026; runs June 17–28, 2026.
- Intimate Apparel (by Lynn Nottage) — first rehearsal July 14, 2026; runs August 5–23, 2026.
- Eureka Day (by Jonathan Spector) — first rehearsal August 18, 2026; runs September 9–27, 2026.
- Arms and the Man (by George Bernard Shaw, original adaptation by Jerry Mañan) — first rehearsal January 4, 2027; runs January 27–February 14, 2027.
If you are unable to attend the in-person auditions, video submissions will be accepted. An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.

- NANCY / CHLOE — 20s. Archie's mistress. British dialect.
- LUCY — 37-year-old detective fiction fan.
- WILLIAM / COLLINS — 20s. Christie scholar. British dialect.
- JANE — An elderly enigmatic spinster. Ms. Marple type, sweet but incredibly sharp minded. British dialect.

- MEIKO — should read as 30s, biracial Japanese/White. Berkeley native. A year after the end of a tortured on-again off-again eight-year relationship, became a single mother by choice, of Olivia. Would like to have another child, but feels like she’s too old to think about doing it alone, again.
- ELI — should read as 30s, White. Oblivious but well-meaning. From Southern California, went to Stanford and then straight into working at a tech start-up. Cashed out three years ago and has been in search of how to occupy his time and exercise his mind. When he and his wife first decided to open up their marriage, they spent many hours in therapy making sure they were approaching it in a thoughtful and intentional way. Father of Tobias.
Arms and the Man

- RAINA — 20s, a wealthy young woman, daughter of Catherine and Major Petkoff. Engaged to Sergius, but falls in love with Bluntschli.
- BLUNTSCHLI — 30s, a skilled Swiss mercenary fighting for the Serbs, and Raina’s love interest.
- CATHERINE — THIS ROLE HAS BEEN CAST
- SERGIUS — 20s, Raina’s fiancé, and self-aggrandizing hero of the Battle of Slivnitza.
- MAJOR PETKOFF — 50s, Head of the Petkoff family, and Raina’s father. A military Major.
- LOUKA — 20s, the Petkoffs’ female servant.
- NICOLA — 20–30s, the Petkoffs’ male servant.
