Join the inhabitants of the Pride Lands for this African-inspired celebration of The Lion King featuring songs from the film! This original musical theatre production isâ¯performed live in the Harambe Theater, a state-of-the-art, indoor, 1500-seat theatre-in-the-round in⯠Disney's Animal Kingdom®,â¯at theâ¯Walt Disney World®â¯Resort near Orlando, FL.

Potential in-person callbacks will be held June 2nd, 2025, in Orlando, FL. Candidates who are invited to the callback will be contacted by May 20th, 2025.
Potential rehearsals are July 27 - August 16.

FESTIVAL OF THE LION KING
MOTO⯖ Displays a strong physical presence, but he also expresses a tender and gentle persona when dancing with Maji. Possesses excellent ballet technique with solid partnering skills. This character performs extensive overhead lifts. For safety purposes, upper body strength is essential to perform this role. This character is confident in themself as an individual, their relationships with each other, and the rest of the inhabitants of the Pride Lands. Their passion for entertaining and sharing the Lion King story and culture with their audience drives their performances.
