PREPARATION
Prepare a short song (16 bars), holiday or traditional Broadway preferred. Actors will also read from Sides, which can be obtained in advance by contacting Bethany Strothers at bethany@thehanovertheatre.org or 508-471- 1761, and will also be available at the audition. Both a reader and accompanist will be provided.
BREAKDOWN
Young Ebenezer:
20 - 25. Full of vigor, but stubborn.
Belle:
20 - 25. Wise beyond her years.
Suzannah:
25 - 30. Guest at Fred and Millie's Christmas party. Playful and saucy.
Spirit of Christmas Present:
25-50. Baritone or bass; boisterous and ebullient
