Sweetie Bites Off the Big Apple with THE ULTIMATE DRAG OFF, Starting 9/18 at The Triad

Drag Sensation Sweetie begins a new run of THE ULTIMATE DRAG OFF at the Triad Theatre, starting September 18th, featuring Co-hosts from from film, TV and stage including nightlife columnist and NYC personality Michael Musto, Christine Pedi (Newsical), Michael Cusumano (American in Paris) and more!

Since 2005, THE ULTIMATE DRAG OFF has been entertaining all walks of life all over NYC and now with a new home at Off-Broadway's TRIAD Theatre/Stage 72 in the Upper West Side. The interactive musical game show comedy will play every Friday Night at 11pm.

Perfect for the after-broadway late night capper, or curious parties looking for a fun night out on the town! The show features some of the brightest up and coming drag personalities and veteran performers in a series of rounds of tricks, games and performances left for audience votes and participation throughout the night. Directed by Alex Perez, THE ULTIMATE DRAG OFF celebrates all walks of life in an intimate cabret-style setting full of music, laughs and good times!

Featured on Bravo's 'Project Runway' and seen on Oprah, Hostess Sweetie is a full tilt, larger than life, bold, beautiful, plus sized bundle of dynamite. Celebrated as New York City's Best Lip-sync Artist 13 years in a row and two time Drag Entertainer of the Year, Sweetie has won coveted roles in the major motion picture To Wong Foo, Rupaul's cult comedy Starrbooty, and Off Broadway's smash hit 'Wig Out' at the Vineyard Theatre. Sweetie's downtown roots include runs and appearances at Ps122, Here, The Public Theater, Joe's Pub, The Abrams Arts Center, and Dixon Place.
