Steve Washington and “Right to Love” to Play the Metropolitan Room
Pulling from a varied repertoire and selections from his current release, Right to Love, Steve will present what he describes as a "jazzy mix" - familiar favorites and unexpected gems with a delivery ranging from tender and intimate to bold and dynamic.
Steve's live presentation is perhaps best described as a blend of jazz, latin-brazilian, blues & cabaret. This performance will explore romance, intimacy and the politics of love.
The CD Right to Love has enjoyed radio play across the USA, into Canada, and as far away as Australia. There doesn't yet appear to be a clear "single" as different stations are playing their particular favorites. However, Right to Love has remained in the top 10 locally and the top 25 regionally on ReverbNation's charting system.
