Richard Skipper will join Eileen Fulton in her annual holiday show, THE CHRISTMAS SHOW, at Don't Tell Mama. The performance will take place Saturday, December 5th at 3PM.

Richard Skipper, acclaimed singer, actor, MC/host, has been spellbinding audiences for years. He has appeared in the nation's top venues.

The last few months have brought many professional highs, including a successful run at the Wings Theater Company which took the show to another level as a two-act evening of theater. After closing that show, he was off to the Cultural Center Theater in Port Charlotte Florida and on to Aspen for another show after that. He was a surprise special guest for the Dancer's Over 40 tribute to Gower Champion, featuring David Hartman and Marge Champion, and he performed there again for the Spring Fling. He performed as "Carol Channing as Dolly Levi" at Asbury Park's Paramount Theater in a special benefit performance of "Hello Dolly!"with a cast of 125 and a 25 piece orchestra. Other highlights include the National Theatre Wing tribute to Carol Channing, Tommy Tune and James Earl Jones, a benefit performance for the Dr. Carol Channing/Harry Kullijian Foundation For The Arts with Carol and Harry in attendance and guest star Neil Sedaka, performing on board WindStar Cruise Lines from Rome to Athens, and a return engagement in celebration of Carol Channing's birthday at Washington DC's National Theater. Past performances have included Carnegie Hall with Sam Harris and The New York City Gay Men's Chorus, Late Night With Conan O'Brien, and an appearance with Carol Channing and the San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus at the Palace Of Fine Arts in San Francisco.

Richard Skipper has taken his tribute to Carol Channing to Atlantic City for three long-running engagements at Trump's Taj Mahal and The Hilton. He has played three engagements at Caesar's Casino Windsor in Windsor, Ontario and The Windsor Hilton. Other engagements include The Ice Palace on Fire Island (for which he won two Mikey Awards for best act on Fire Island), the Westchester Broadway Theatre, The Bradstan Inn (in The catskills), Georgian Court College (with Dody Goodman), The Ocean's Inn and The New Crown And Anchor in Provincetown, MA; Tavern On The Green and The Russian Tea Room. He was the featured performer for Pridefest in Milwaukee along with Pat Benatar and Judy Tenuta.

Richard Skipper has also performed at the 21 Club at the request of Arlene Dahl, The Regent (special performance for Carol Channing!), Le Cirque for Joey Adams' 85th Birthday; on numerous occasions for the NY Post's gossip columnist Cindy Adams; as a guest star in "The Impersonators" with Jamie deRoy at The Friar's Club, The New York Historical Society with Claire Bloom, Donna McKechnie, Hayley Mills, Tony Roberts, and George Shearing ; the "Get Out And Vote" Rally for New Jersey's Senator Lautenberg with Dr. Quinn's Chad Allen, Activist James Dale & Rue McClanahan; and he has also shared the stage with Celeste Holm at the York Theatre in Manhattan.

The Music Director is Bob Goldstone. Tom Hubbard will be playing bass, and Steve Bartosik will be on drums.
