The After Party brought out the usual collection of Broadway performers on Friday, April 25th, there was also the surprise visit of State Representative Daniel O'Donnell, who's sister, Rosie O'Donnell is known to love a Broadway show tune every now and then herself.


Merle Dandridge has recently rejoined the cast of Rent.  She was also seen on Broadway as Kala in Tarzan, Aida in Aida and Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar.  In television she had prominent roles in several pilots as well as guest stars on "NCIS," "Third Watch," "Angel," "Guiding Light" and "All My Children."   She traveled a lot in the fall to be apart of Rod Lurie's new movie, Nothing But the Truth, Michael Grief's production of Most Wanted at La Jolla Playhouse, and Atlanta at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles opposite "Heroes" star Leonard Roberts.  Ms. Dandridge is also well known in the gaming world for having created the popular character, Alyx Vance, in the Half Life series.
 
 
Brad Bass was also one of the special guests at The After Party.  He can currently be seen in Wicked at the Gershwin Theatre where he is in the ensemble and is an understudy for Fiyero.  He was just cast in the workshop of the soon to be Broadway musical  Pure Country and has been involved in Bobby Cronin's B.R.A.T.T. CAMP since day one.
 
 
Ben Cameron has appeared on Broadway in Wicked,  Footloose (original casts) and Aida. His touring credits include  Sweet Charity (opposite Molly Ringwald), Footloose, Fame,  State Fair, and Tommy. Ben has enjoyed 2 sold-out engagements of his one-man show "Different is Good" in NYC and iscurrently the host of "The Bendy Show", a Broadway themed variety show, at Suite. Ben has served on the faculty of NYU's CAP 21 studio and still teaches the kids to dance in his own class series. As a writer, Ben has been represented
by The NYMF 1st Annual Opening Night Gala, "Broadways Celebrity Benefit for Hurricane Relief", and "Something Wicked," a benefit for BC/EFA.

Hang out for our weekly showbiz soiree, THE AFTER PARTY. Come and relax with a cocktail as some of New York's most talented performers grace the stage at this social schmoozefest. Or better yet, come up on stage & sing yourself. Iron lunged hosts Brandon Cutrell & Alysha Umphress keep things hopping, with piano man Ray Fellman at the keys and Lisa Asher behind the bar (her pour is as ferocious as her belt).
