NAKED GIRLS READING SCI-FI Adds Second Show

We have seen the future, and the future is sold out. Though tickets are no longer available for the Friday, March 5th presentation of NAKED GIRLS READING Science Fiction, the people who bring you Pinchbottom Burlesque have added a second show on Thursday, March 4th: the hit nude literary salon will explore even more strange new worlds of literature as these naked girls boldly read what no naked girl has read before.

Nasty Canasta leads an all-star cast of burlesque performers - plus one professional librarian - beyond the stars, reading selections from sci-fi classics by Arthur C. Clarke, Aldous Huxley, H.G. Wells, Douglas Adams and more. "Watching these women read naked is like a utopian vision of a perfect future," promises Nasty. "In fact, a few of them are so perfect they may not be quite ... human."

The March salon continues the run of Naked Girls Reading at the plush and decadent upstairs lounge at Madame X in Greenwich Village. $25 reserved seating in this intimate space is limited to 40 patrons (and includes one drink from Madame X's 'Foreplay' menu), with a few standing room tickets available at $20.

"Given the clichéd image of less-than-attractive gentlemen dressed as Klingons," says Pinchbottom co-producer Jonny Porkpie, "one might be surprised to find that quite a few beautiful women are closeted science fiction fans. But we're even more surprised and delighted to find that so many people are so keen to see these beautiful women read said science fiction naked." ABOUT NAKED GIRLS READING
Naked Girls Reading was created in Chicago in March 2009 by Franky Vivid and Michelle L'Amour. The New York City edition, produced by Nasty Canasta and Jonny Porkpie of the award-winning Pinchbottom burlesque, debuted in October of that year to a packed house. Since its launch, NGRNYC has been covered in The New York Times, The Village Voice, Flavorpilll, and more. Entertainment Weekly called the NYC debut "appropriately racy" and "genuinely hilarious"; NBC New York asked "What did you get up to last Friday night?
