Pop-rock legend Stevie Nicks has a singular voice and style making her one of the most iconic performers in American music, not to mention one of the best-selling artists of all time. This is technically Libby's first solo show in NYC! (Besides playing with her rock band LAKES). What the heck took so long? Well, for a while she resisted shows like this because she thought they were too "theater-y." And Libby considers her performance aesthetic to fit squarely within the rock vernacular. Can't rock n roll and theater coexist you might ask? Libby doesn't have the answer to that.But if there's anywhere they might converge, the witchy fashions, mysterious vibrato and inter-band romance drama of Stevie Nicks is a good place to start.
