Oh what a night, Ladies Night returns to The Metropolitan Room on September 22nd host by Broadway performer Doreen Montalvo. Doreen Can currently be seen in the TONY Award Winning Broadway musical In The Heights. Joining Doreen will be Broadway and Daytime Actress Ilene Kristen(ABC Daytime Ryan's Hope and One Life To Live),as well as recording artist and singer/songwriter Jene Hernandez, and cabaret newcomer Kimberly Reid Dunbar.

Ladies Night is a benefit event for Help Is On The Way Today a non for profit organization that helps and assists children living with HIV and AIDS in New York City. Each performer will be signing a mini set as well as duets.

Doreen is a theatre performer and recording artistand is making her Broadwlay Debut in the new musical "In The Heights" at the Richard Rogers Theatre. Performing as Crazy Cuca in the ensemble, the Bolero Singer, as well as understudying the roles of Daniela, Camila, and Abuela Claudia respectively. Doreen can be heard singing on many cd's and has currently released her solo debut cd, "Volvere" with Meme Solis. Which has been selected for 2005 Latin Grammy and American Grammy consideration. She is also performing her "I"ve Just Got To Sing MY Song" show in cabarets all over New York City.She toured South America with the Elvis 2007 world tour as one of the Sweet Inspirations. Most recent theatre credits include currently performing in the smash Broadway musical "In The Heights" , Flora in "Magpie:" at the New York Music Theatre Festival (AMAS) as well as touring with the Comedy/Musical show "The Watercoolers", The World premiere of Frank Loesser's "Senor Discretion Himself"as "La Curandera", Manhattan Theatre Club and The O'Neill Center's Workshop of "In The Heights"As "Claudia", starring in the critically acclaimed one-woman musical "Havana Under The Sea" (Cecilia) Off Broadway at the Intar Theatre ; Where she won the 2003 Hola Award for Best Actress. She can also been seen on the daytime soap One Life To Live.

Ilene Kristen is perhaps best known for playing Delia Reid Ryan Ryan Coleridge Crane Coleridge on the daytime drama Ryan's Hope, a role which she originated in the show's first episode in 1975 and played on and off until the show's end in 1989. She has appeared on the daytime dramas Loving and Another World as well.
Ilene's prolific career has also included multiple primetime guest appearances, roles in several independent films, professional singing and song writing, and extensive stage work - including a role in the original Broadway production of Grease.
Currently, Ilene can be seen in her Emmy-nominated role as Roxy, the drunken mother from hell, on One Life to Live. She also performs her original music regularly in the New York City cabaret scene.

Jene Hernandez-Singer/Songwriter, Recording Artist of Utopia Records, as well as has appeared on Law and Order several appearances. As well as Fame The Musical (North American Tour) and the original company of In the Heights.

Kimberly Reid Dunbar Has appeared in several cabaret shows in New York City. She also appeared in the Off Broadway show Magpie.
