Francesca Capetta to Be Special Guest At Hofstra University

Francesca Capetta will be performing her sold-out Carnegie Hall solo show as special guest at Hofstra University on Sunday September 18th, 2018, celebrating her Italian roots. Also Mickela Malozzi, host of the four-time Emmy Award winning program "Bare Feet" will be performing in the show.

Capetta is an Award-Winning singer and actress that has appeared in theaters in Europe, China, Canada and New York, such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Town Hall. She has also appeared as soloist on ABC and performed in the Off-Broadway show written by Cynthia Von Buhler "Ziegfeld Midnight Frolic". Capetta is among the youngest native Italian singers that have ever performed in a solo show at Carnegie Hall (second only to Tony Award Winner Soprano Anna Maria Alberghetti). The proceeds of her solo show "Broadway and Jazz" in Italy were donated to build a new pavilion at the Regina Margherita Hospital in Turin, Italy, to help children with long-term illnesses through the association Giglio Onlus.

This season Capetta was one of the four judges in the panel for the International Musical Theater Talent Show "Broadway's Got Talent" and performed in a jazz concert in Paris and in her art exhibition in Milan at the Deodato Gallery.
