Antonio Cipriano Takes the Stage at 54 Below Featuring Celia Gooding and Derek Klena

FEINSTEIN'S/54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, presents Antonio Cipriano in "Just The Beginning" on February 23, 2017 at 11:30pm. Antonio is thrilled to make his debut at Feinstein's/54 Below! He made his first Broadway stage appearance this past year in the 2017 Jimmy Awards where he earned a finalist spot. His YouTube covers of Broadway and pop songs have helped him land a lead role in a recent Broadway workshop and captured the hearts of thousands all around the world.

There are more exciting things on the horizon for this amazing new talent! He is a Detroit native who has grown up singing everything from classical to Broadway and pop. Antonio will be performing songs from a variety of genres along with some original music from his EP entitled, Never Gonna Be The Same. Antonio will be joined by some amazing special guests, Derek Klena (Anastasia) and Celia Gooding, and Tobey Miller. Music direction by Tyler Capa. Antonio Cipriano plays Feinstein's/54 Below (254 West 54th Street) on February 23 at 11:30pm. There is a $15 cover charge and $35 premiums and additional $4 if purchased at the door. Antonio Cipriano's music career began at a very young age. As a six-year-old, he would entertain family and friends with a guitar, singing Johnny Cash's, Walk the Line. His passion for performing was recognized very early and he was enrolled in a youth on stage program where he made his first stage debut in "High School Musical' in 2008. It took only one show for Antonio to get the acting bug and realized this was something he wanted to pursue. Since his first show, Antonio has performed in over 40 productions from middle school, high school and community theater. Marius in "Les Miserable", Danny Zuko in "Grease", Eugene Morris Jerome in "Brighton Beach Memoirs" are just a few of the more memorable leading roles Antonio has portrayed.

was a breakout year for Antonio. He was one of the finalists selected to screen test with Director, Guy Ritchie for Disney's new live action "Aladdin" movie in London, England. Shortly after that, he won the Sutton Foster Ovation award for best high school actor in a musical in Michigan, which won him the spot to perform and make his Broadway debut at the coveted Jimmy Awards in New York City. Antonio ended up as a finalist at the Jimmy Awards and his passion and talent for this career attracted many in the New York City Theater business. Not long after, Antonio was sought out, auditioned and earned the opportunity to participate in a new musical workshop and now the out of town tryout for a highly anticipated new Broadway show slated for the 2018/19 season.
