Skylight Opera Theatre of Milwaukee, Wisconsin will open Mozart's Cosi fan tutte March 18, 2011. Performances continue through April 3, 2011 and will be held on the Cabot Theatre stage, inside the Broadway Theatre Center located at 158 N. Broadway, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Skylight and Director Dimitri Toscas put a fresh and contemporary spin on Mozart's masterful comic opera by bringing the 18th century original to 1959 Chicago, just before the start of the sexual revolution.

The story begins with two sisters, their fiancés and a bet - can the women be faithful while their lovers are away? The men disguise themselves and woo each other's lovers, managing through various tricks to win over the initially reluctant women. However, as deeper feelings surface, the suitors become uneasy with their antics. Cosi fan tutte translates to "Women are like that," but in the contemporary world of this new production, the women will have the last laugh.
