USJ Dance Ensemble To Present Annual Spring Concert The University of Saint Joseph (USJ) Dance Ensemble will present its annual spring dance concert on Saturday, April 7 at 7:30 p.m. in the Hoffman Auditorium. The annual concert will feature choreography from students, faculty, and special guest choreographer and performer, Sokeo Ros. Ros performed his original production, From Refugee Camp to Project, at the Autorino Center for the Arts in 2016. Due to popular demand, Ros returned to choreograph USJ students. In addition, he will perform with his Rhode Island-based performance company, Case Closed!

"This has been an exciting year of dance at the University," said Susan Murphy, M.A., instructor of Dance. "We had four artist-in-residencies this year with opportunities for students to participate in lectures, master classes, and performances. The annual concert is a celebratory culmination of this work."

The spring dance concert will feature original works of contemporary, jazz, tap, and hip-hop selections. The program will run 75 minutes and feature the best of USJ's Dance Ensemble.
