The Kanbar Center at the Osher Marin JCC brings the multicultural flavors, movement, live music and fun of Summer Nights festivals to the indoor Hoytt Theater & Plaza J. It's the perfect night to shake off those winter blues at the Osher Marin JCC.

Steve Lucky & the Rhumba Bums perform, the beautiful dance floor awaits and a pre-concert swing dance class from Dance Arts Studio of San Rafael makes it easy for everyone to get up and shake off their winter blues.

A recipe for good times, Lucky's soulful piano and vocals, along with the vivacious Miss Getit's vocals and acclaimed guitar shredding, create a powerful sound that appeals to fans both young and old. They perform as a six-piece band, with two saxes, bass, drums, piano, guitar and vocals.

Described as a "perfect union of skilled and fueled merrymaking" (SF Bay Guardian), they thrive on engaging an audience. Muddy Waters' legendary blues/boogie pianist Pinetop Perkins called Miss Getit his "favorite guitarist." She appears on his Grammy-nominated & WC Handy-winning CD "Ladies Man."

Light delicious meat & meatless choices from San Anselmo's own Farm Burgers on-site pop-up restaurant will be available for purchase and the Kanbar bar will be ready with cocktails.

Whether on the dance floor or sitting back at one of the cabaret tables, this could be the perfect night to shake off those Winter Blues.
