DANIEL ULBRICHT is a principal dancer with New York City Ballet and the founder and director of Stars of the American Ballet, a company that tours nationally and internationally and is devoted to presenting high caliber dancer performances and offering educational and outreach programs.

Ulbricht is also the Artistic Advisor to Manhattan Youth Ballet and the Associate Artistic Director of the New York State Summer School for the Arts in Saratoga Springs, NY. A guest teacher at the School of American Ballet and Ballet Academy East, he also teaches at many well-known dance schools, private schools, and universities throughout the United States.

As a dancer, Ulbricht has performed featured roles in George Balanchine's Prodigal Son, Tarantella, Stars and Stripes, Midsummer Night's Dream, Mozartiana, Nutcracker, Symphony in 3 Movements, The Steadfast Tin Solder, Rubies, Jerome Robbins' Fancy Free, Interplay, Four Seasons, Peter Martins' Jeu de Cartes, Hallelujah Junction, Eight More, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Romeo + Juliet, Christopher Wheeldon's Les Carillons, Shambords, and Alexi Ratmansky's Concerto DSCH, among many others.
