Dancers Over 40....And Friends will celebrate its 20th Anniversary season with a full roster of exciting events, including:

DO40 at the annual BC/EFA Flea Market in Shubert Alley! Sunday, September 21st (10am - 7pm). DO40 is an extremely popular table on the street! Look for the large DO40 Banner. They have raised over $10,000.00 for BC/EFA at the Flea Market since 2008.

I Like Your Style: A Tribute To Joe Layton. Monday, October 20th, 7pm, St. Luke's Theater, 308 West 46th Street. Jill O'Hara and many more gypsies & guest stars will honor the incredibly talented director/choreographer.

A Fundraiser for our 20th Anniversary, We Salute Johnny Mercer, produced and performed by Dancers Over 40 members! Tuesday, November 18th, 7pm, with hosts Tony Sheldon and Anita Gillette. The Triad Theater, 158 West 72nd Street. DO40 members Juliet Ewing, Bambi Jones, Patti Mariano and Joyce Nolen are featured in this wonderful evening of song and dance. Directed by DO40 member Karin Baker, with musical director David Hancock Turner. (Tickets on sale through The Triad in October).

Dancers Over 40 Legacy Awards and Holiday Luncheon at LIPS Restaurant, Mon., December 8th or 16th , 6 - 9pm, 227 East 56th Street, honoring DO40 Advisory Board member Jerry Mitchell, DO40 members Paul Berne, Eileen Casey, Carolyn Kirsch and Penny Worth. (Tickets available by telecharge in November)

Casting Seminar for DO40 Members, February - the return of this popular free event for our members, with casting guru Lakey Wolff & friends! Ripley/Grier Studios, 520 8th Avenue.

Ruth Page: A World Apart. Ballet's Golden Age, March, 2015. -- St. Luke's Theater, 308 West 46th Street, 7pm. Author, curator Andrew Wentink and Lawrence Leritz, former Chicago Ballet dancer, are assembling ballet greats to talk about Chicago ballet superstar and legend Ruth Page, with rare videos and surprise guests. (Tickets on sale in February)

DO40 CARES: A Dance event to benefit Broadway Cares/EFA, Monday, June 15th 2015, 8pm, at the Alvin Ailey/Judith Weill Center for Dance: "Come Back Once More, So I Can Say Goodbye," by DO40 member and choreographer Sasha Spielvogel. With dancers and DO40 members Ramon Flowers (Bejart Ballet), Michael Leon Thomas (Alvin Ailey), Fernando Carillo, Marnie Wood Thomas and baritone Jose Arturo Chacon. More guest artists to be announced.
