The Las Vegas Philharmonic is excited to announce the new Flex Passport, a membership-based program offering customization and flexibility for patrons that want to decide which concert(s) they want to attend and with whom at a later date. The Flex Passport offers 6 seats to *any concert (*some restrictions apply) in the current season. The seats can be redeemed all at once or broken into any configuration, using up to a maximum of 6 seats. Patrons can redeem benefits and book their seats through the Las Vegas Philharmonic's Concierge line at 702.462.2009, Monday - Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Seats must be redeemed by the Friday before the selected Saturday or Sunday concert.

The cost of a Flex Passport is $300, which is a 20% savings over the full retail price or six seats for the price of 5 seats. All seating is best available in the Philharmonic's orchestra, dress circle and gallery "B" sections of Reynolds Hall at The Smith Center, which includes the main floor, the 3rd level dress circle, and the 4th level gallery. Any unused seats at the end of the season will be considered an automatic donation to the Las Vegas Philharmonic and patrons receive a donation letter for tax purposes.

The Flex Passport benefits include:

  • Distinctive Flex Passport membership card (seasonally marked)
  • Discount (price of membership card reflects purchase of 5 seats, 6th seat is free)
  • Flexibility to select only the dates that work
  • Direct Membership Concierge phone line at 702.462.2009
  • Best available membership seats at time of redemption
  • Choose the concert(s)*see restrictions
  • Any quantity of seats (up to the max value on the membership card)
  • Membership news (via monthly e-newsletter)
  • Unused value rolls into a donation at the end of the season; if you are too busy to exhaust your membership-you become philanthropic automatically!

"There is a growing demand for customizable, flexible options when selecting entertainment and more than ever, individuals are seeking the ability to book with shorter windows and allow for spontaneity. This new product caters to those looking for these types of benefits. It also enables patrons to bring a different number of guests to the symphony for each concert and makes the perfect gift for a colleague, friend or loved one without having to pre-select the concerts and dates ahead of time, " said Michele Madole, VP of Marketing.

The Flex Passport will be available for sale from August 17, 2015 - Friday, June 3, 2016. The last redeemable performance for the Flex Passport is Saturday, June 4, 2016.

*Concerts excluded from the Flex Passport program include Pink Martini on 2/6/16 and the Spotlight Series on 2/16/16, 4/26/16 and 5/3/16.
