Canton Symphony Orchestra Launches THE BEAT

A new membership group is being developed by the Canton Symphony Orchestra (CSO). The BEAT is a dynamic group of young patrons with a passion for the arts and a desire to make new connections. Members receive exclusive invitations to social events, discounted concert tickets and special backstage experiences with CSO musicians.

"The BEAT is designed for our young professionals who want to be involved in the organization," explains Barb Mucci, Director of Development for the CSO. "They will have opportunities to network with other members in our community while enjoying social activities surrounding orchestra events." Membership benefits with the $40 annual fee include:

  • Access to exclusive social networking events
  • 25% discount off CSO concert tickets for members
  • One-time 25% concert ticket discount for a friend
  • Admission to Club Z hospitality lounge for all MasterWorks concerts

The first event for BEAT members is The Music of Bowie & Prince pops concert on November 10. Members will receive free admission to the Rock Legendspre-concert party with complimentary food and cash bar, and preferred parking as well as their 25% discount on a concert ticket. Other events planned through the CSO season for BEAT members include free admission to the post-concert party after the Speedbumps with the Symphony concert on February 11, 2017 and an open rehearsal and mixer on March 23, 2017 before the MasterWorks concert, Beethoven and His Contemporaries.
