The upcoming film adaptation of August Wilson's Pulitzer Prize-winning play FENCES will welcome back another pair of Broadway actors.

AMC today announced that the network's upcoming original series “Feed the Beast,” is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 31st at 10pm ET/PT. The series, starring David Schwimmer (“American Crime Story,” “Band of Brothers,” “Friends”) and Jim Sturgess (21, Across the Universe, Cloud Atlas), is a drama about two best friends, Tommy Moran (Schwimmer), and Dion Patras (Sturgess) who take one last shot at their dream of opening a restaurant. 

According to Multichannel.com, Disney Channel will honor the late Oscar-winning actress Patty Duke with encores of a LIV AND MADDIE episode in which she appeared.

HBO has landed the highly-anticipated tv adaptation of Gillian Flynn's novel SHARP OBJECTS, starring Amy Adams, according to Deadline. The project has received a straight-to-series order, with eight episodes planned for the first season.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia has been renewed for seasons 13 and 14 on FXX, it was announced today by Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, Presidents of Original Programming for FX Networks and FX Productions. With Season 14, Sunny will tie The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet as the longest-running live-action comedy series in television history. The previously announced season 12 will premiere in early 2017.

 TELEMUNDO and NBC UNIVERSO earned seven Sports Emmy Award nominations for the 37th Annual Sports Emmy® Awards. The announcement was made yesterday by the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Driven by ratings success, usa network has ordered eight additional episodes of the original hit reality series CHRISLEY KNOWS BEST, bringing the season four total to 20 episodes. Currently underway, part one of the fourth season airs Tuesdays at 10/9c, with the back eight episodes set to premiere this fall.

Cartoon Network has re-upped its commitment to two series announcing today that Cartoon Network Studios' original series Steven Universe and Uncle Grandpa will return next season and join the ranks of other returning hits, Adventure Time, Clarence, The Amazing World of Gumball and Regular Show. Both Steven Universe and Uncle Grandpa originated from the award-winning artist-driven Shorts Program at Cartoon Network Studios.
