In its most recent Live + 7 preferred viewing ratings, Disney Junior's original animated series “The Lion Guard” roared to series highs in Total Viewers (2.6 million) and Kids 2-11 (1.5 million/3.8 rating) and 6-week highs in Kids 2-5 (823,000/5.3 rating), Boys 2-5 (473,000/6.0 rating) and Women 18-49 (479,000/0.8 rating) – since 2/15/16. On the WATCH Disney Junior app, “The Lion Guard” is the #2 series with 26.5 million video starts, behind only “Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.”

FOX has renewed comedy series NEW GIRL for its sixth season, it was announced today by David Madden, President, Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company.

TELEMUNDO announced the premiere of the hit period drama “La Esclava Blanca” on Monday, April 18 at 9pm/8c. Featuring an international cast led by Nerea Camacho, Miguel de Miguel, Orian Suarez and Modesto Lacen, the production was filmed 100% on location with big-screen production values, renewing TELEMUNDO's commitment to bring viewers high caliber productions led by a diverse cast.

Hollywood Records recording artist Sabrina Carpenter is scheduled to perform at the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music's biggest event for families. Carpenter joins previously announced artists including Ariana Grande, DNCE, Flo Rida, Hailee Steinfeld, Zara Larsson, Daya, Laura Marano, Sofia Carson, Kelsea Ballerini and Jordan Smith on SATURDAY, APRIL 30 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The two-hour television special 'Disney Channel Presents the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards' originating from the event to be presented SUNDAY, MAY 1 (7:00-9:00 p.m. EDT) on Disney Channel.

The network has ordered 28 new episodes of the slice-of-paradise series, which has attracted more than 15 million total viewers in 2016. Each episode features families in search of island properties across the country that fit any budget and prove that island living can be more than a fantasy. The new episodes will feature house hunts in gorgeous island locations such as Bakers Island, Mass., Alameda Island, Calif. and Isle of Palms, S.C.

After four critically-acclaimed seasons, the hit SHOWTIME comedy series EPISODES begins production next week on its fifth and final season, it was announced today by Gary Levine, President of Programming, Showtime Networks Inc. The series, starring Matt LeBlanc in his four-time Emmy(R) nominated and Golden Globe-winning role playing a fictionalized version of himself, is created by award-winning writing partners David Crane and Jeffrey Klarik. Klarik will direct all seven episodes, which will film in London and premiere on the network in 2017.

Bravo Media's original scripted comedy series“Odd Mom Out” returns for a second season on Monday, June 20 at 10pm ET/PT. The critically acclaimed series is created by and stars Jill Kargman, who plays a satirical version of herself trying to coexist with the demanding hierarchy of New York's exclusive Upper East Side ecosystem. Also starring Abby Elliot, Andy Buckley, KK Glick, Sean Kleier, and Joanna Cassidy, this season features even more outrageous antics as the gang tries to redefine themselves and find happiness. 

Skydance Television today announced that it will develop Faster Than Light, the best-selling augmented reality comic series that tells the story of humanity's first thrilling and terrifying adventures to the stars, set in the present day. The story is by Brian Haberlin and artwork is by Haberlin and Geirrod Vandyke.

Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Movies presents 'TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: OUT OF THE SHADOWS.' Produced by Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Brad Fuller, Galen Walker and Scott Mednick. The Old Globe welcomes Globe Artistic Director Barry Edelstein, making his musical directing debut with RAIN, a sumptuous world premiere musical by one of the most significant teams working in theatre today: composer and lyricist Michael John LaChiusa and book writer Sybille Pearson.
