According to Deadline, Disney has tapped David Lowery to helm a live-action take on the beloved tale of PETER PAN. Toby Halbrooks will co-write the script, based upon the studio's 1953 animated film.

FOX has renewed comedy series NEW GIRL for its sixth season, it was announced today by David Madden, President, Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company.

Hollywood Records recording artist Sabrina Carpenter is scheduled to perform at the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards (RDMA), music's biggest event for families. Carpenter joins previously announced artists including Ariana Grande, DNCE, Flo Rida, Hailee Steinfeld, Zara Larsson, Daya, Laura Marano, Sofia Carson, Kelsea Ballerini and Jordan Smith on SATURDAY, APRIL 30 at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles. The network has ordered 28 new episodes of the slice-of-paradise series, which has attracted more than 15 million total viewers in 2016. Each episode features families in search of island properties across the country that fit any budget and prove that island living can be more than a fantasy.
