 Film and television star Jake Lacy has joined the ensemble cast of the new SHOWTIME one-hour comedy series I'M DYING UP HERE in a series regular role. Lacy will play a stand-up comic who gained some notoriety a few years back by blowing off The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson on the night he was scheduled to appear.

 CBS Television Studios and CBS All Accessannounced today it will launch a spinoff of "The Good Wife" for the spring of 2017. Building upon the incredible success and critical acclaim of broadcast television's most successful drama, the spinoff will pick up one year after the events of the final episode of "The Good Wife."

In 2016-2017, CBS will expand its comedy lineup, increasing the number of comedies from four to eight, compared to last fall, and programming two two-hour blocks on Mondays and Thursdays. Check out trailers below!

The Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB) has named  Jennifer Lawson, CPB's senior vice president of television production and digital video content and a groundbreaking public television leader, recipient of the 2016 Ralph Lowell Award. Amazon has added THE HALF HOUR series Fleabag, to its lineup of Amazon Original Series, which is scheduled premiere on Prime Video in the US this fall. Written by and starring Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Crashing, Broadchurch), Fleabag is a hilarious and poignant window into the mind of a dry-witted, sexual, angry, grief-riddled woman (Waller-Bridge), as she hurls herself at modern living in London. The show is based on Waller-Bridge's play Fleabag, which won an Edinburgh FRINGE First Award, the Critics' Circle and Off-West End Awards for Most Promising Playwright and a Special Commendation from the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize.

TV ONE announced today Love Under New Management: The Miki Howard Story will premiere on Sunday, June 12 at 7 p.m. ET (encore presentation at 9 p.m. ET).
