Complete Cast Announced for NUNSENSE: IN CONCERT at 54 Below

The acclaimed Second Act Series, which has presented an array of lesser-heardmusicals in concert, will present the beloved musical comedy Nunsense on Monday, March 19th. The one-night-only concert reading will star an array of former Nunsense cast members, including Helen Hayes Award-winner Patti Mariano (Original Broadway Cast of The Music Man, Godpsell, I Had A Ball, The Full Monty, 42nd Street) and Tari Kelly (Groundhog Day, Something Rotten!, Anything Goes).
In 1985, triple-threat Dan Goggin introduced the world to a delightful group of nuns, The Little Sisters of Hoboken. The Sisters have traveled the world, and even appeared in more than eight sequels! Now, The Little Sisters of Hoboken will finally make their Feinstein's/54 Below debut in Nunsense! The Sisters' cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the other Sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. What better way to raise the funds than a variety show?
Joining Mariano and Kelly in the hilarious ensemble are Bambi Jones (Nunsense, Nuncrackers, Nunset Boulevardand more) as Sister Mary Hubert, Stephanie Wahl (25th Anniversary Cast of Nunsense) and Carly Sakolove (Newsical) as Sister Mary Robert.
Nunsense returns to New York for one night only as part of the popular Second Act Series, created by Steven Carl McCasland and James Horan. The team has previously brought Charlotte Sweet, Onward Victoria, Charlie and Algernon, 70, Girls, 70, Nick & Nora (reuniting Joanna Gleason, Chris Sarandon and Barry Bostwick), Shelter (starring Jon Cryer), Henry, Sweet Henry, Eating Raoul (starring The Skivvies) and more to the Feinstein's/54 Below stage. The evening features Musical Direction by Horan and Direction by McCasland. ickets, beginning at $35, are on sale now at https://54below.com/events/nunsense-in-concert/.
