Auditions for ROCK AND ROLL HEAVEN will take place October 18 and 19 at 7 p.m. at Centre Stage. They are seeking vocalists to sing the hits made famous by rock legends. Show dates are Feb. 18 - March 13, 2010.

The show will be directed by Nashville studio musician Joe Wehunt, whose on-stage band will include Gold Record-winning saxophone player Doug Norwine, the Touchstone Pictures staff musician whose work has been featured on The Simpsons, Seinfeld, Roseanne and The Tonight Show.

Actors must come to the audition prepared to sing a song that best showcases rock and roll vocals on hits of the '50s, '60s and '70s. An accompanist will be provided, so actors must bring sheet music clearly marked with cuts, etc. It is acceptable and encouraged for an actor to plan on accompany themselves on guitar or keyboard. Keyboard will be provided.
