Bobby Conte Thornton And More Sing Danny K. Bernstein At The Green Room 42

THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - has announced the concert Danny Has Friends: The music of Danny K. Bernstein In Concert, will be performed on Friday, March 23 at 7:00 PM. The evening will feature songs from Bernstein's full-length musicals Far From Canterbury, Wings, and The Bishops, including songs such as "Just The Beginning," "It's Complicated," and "Don't Fall."

The cast features Bobby Conte Thornton (A Bronx Tale), Ben Ross (Dear Evan Hansen),Nora Schell (Spamilton), Gabe Gibbs (The Book of Mormon), Katy Geraghty (Groundhog Day), Patrick Reilly (Afterglow), Eudora Peterson (Jezebel), Bettina Bresnan (Gossip Girl), Chris Murphy(Naked Boys Singing!), Ariella Serur (Grand Concourse), Coleman Hemsath (Elf - Nat'l Tour), Ana Marcu (90210! The Musical!), Hannah Richter (Far From Canterbury), Dillon McPherson and Brianne Wylie.

DANNY K. BERNSTEIN (Music, Lyrics) is a New York based composer and lyricist quickly becoming a recognizable name in the Broadway community. A 2017 Larson Grant finalist, his works include Far From Canterbury (Book, Music, Lyrics - Outstanding Overall Musical, FringeNYC 2015), The Bishops (Book, Music, Lyrics), and his upcoming new musical Wings (Book, Music, Lyrics). His work has been heard off-Broadway, at Feinstein's/54 Below, The Green Room 42, Prohibition, Club Cumming, and several other venues throughout New York. He was a 2014 winner of the New Voices Project, through New Musicals Inc. in Los Angeles. Proud member of ASCAP and the BMI Advanced Musical Theatre Workshop, he holds a BA in Music from Cornell University, where he received the Ellen Gussman Adelson prize in music, and was named the 2014 Undergraduate Artist of the Year.
