Dave Campbell takes his audience into his own world, a world where things exponentially spiral out of control, leaping from an initial concern into full-blown potentials of consequences. Dave Campbell - Part of The Problem is not a comfortable show, but an intimate and interesting one where we are shown how one person can turn around his chronic anxiety and lack of self-confidence and make it a humorous survival technique.

There were laughs aplenty in between the intense moments of empathy, where Campbell is excellent at communicating his lifelong struggle at understanding and surviving the world around him. The stream of consciousness style of delivery suits this show perfectly, with such rapidity of delivery that it was easy to find oneself breathless at the intensity of feeling that was being almost machine-gunned at us. If you want an insight into how some live and function, whilst laughing, don't miss this experience.
