Oscar nominated actress Jennifer Tilly will play 'Miss Caswell,' Cabaret star Steve Ross will play the 'Pianist,'Jessica Cummings will play 'Phoebe,' and Maura Lisabeth Malloy and Victor Joel Ortiz will also appear in The Actors Fund's highly anticipated all-star reading of ALL ABOUT EVE, the classic backstage drama that is one of the most entertaining and witty films of all time.

Primary Stages (Casey Childs, Executive Producer; Andrew Leynse, Artistic Director; Elliot Fox, Managing Director), in association with Martin Hummel, present the New York premiere of the new comedy, Love Child, written and performed by Daniel Jenkins (Mary Poppins, Big River) and Robert Stanton (The Coast of Utopia, All in the Timing), as an added event of the 2008-2009 season. Under the direction of Carl Forsman, performances are set to begin Sunday evening, October 12, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. and will run in repertory with A Body of Water by Lee Blessing for a limited engagement through November 19, 2008. Opening night is October 26, 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

In June, Molly Regan replaced Rondi Reed as August: Osage County's new Mattie Fae. It's not an easy feat for an actor to come into an ensemble in the middle of a run. Add into that replacing a lead actress in the year's Pulitzer, Tony AND Drama Desk winning play two days after that actress won a Tony for her performance. Classic Stage Company, under the leadership of Artistic Director Brian Kulick and Executive Director Jessica R. Jenen, has completed casting of its upcoming production of William Shakespeare's THE TEMPEST, starring Tony Award winner Mandy Patinkin, directed by Kulick.

Goodspeed Musicals will partner with Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure Connecticut Affiliates in support of breast cancer treatment, education and research. Pinky and the Pinkettes will help kick off Goodspeed Musicals' PINK WEEK at 7:30 p.m. on April 23rd with Komen CT Night. Pinky and the rest of the cast of Happy Days:A New Musical will be collecting donations following each performance from April 23-27, 2008.

Arena Stage presents Charles Ludlam's comic masterpiece The Mystery of Irma Vep. This clever, quick-change marathon ransacks literary, cinematic and pop culture as it satirizes everything from Hitchcock's Rebecca and classic horror film The Mummy's Curse to Wuthering Heights and Shakespeare. Arena Stage is excited to welcome back Brad Oscar (Broadway's Spamalot and The Producers, Arena's Cabaret and Damn Yankees) and J. Fred Shiffman (The Arthur Miller Festival, She Loves Me, Cabaret) as they portray all of the characters--men, women and monsters--in this gender-bending 'tour de force.' The Mystery of Irma Vep runs June 6 - July 13 at Arena Stage in Crystal City. The press opening performance is Thursday, June 12 at 8:00 p.m.

Michael Esper, who will be featured in Manhattan Theatre Club's upcoming production of The Four of Us, has been nominated for an Irish Times/ESB Irish Theatre Award in the category of Best Supporting Actor for his work in the Druid Theatre Company's production of Long Day's Journey Into Night. The winners of the Irish Times/ESB Irish Theatre Awards will be announced at an awards ceremony at Dublin's Burlington Hotel at 7:30 PM on Sunday, February 10.

The New York Musical Theatre Festival (NYMF), now in its fourth year, is a three-week event in NYC that has premiered over 90 musicals in its first three years, becoming the largest musical theatre event in America.
