Music & lyrics are by Stephen Sondheim, conceived & directed by James Lapine. Sondheim on Sondheim will begin previews on March 19th, 2010 and open officially April 22nd, 2010 at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street). Mark Lamos, named artistic director in February 2009 at the historic theater in Westport, Connecticut, will direct. Opening night for The Golden Gays is set for September 10th 2009 at the Cavern Club Theatre in Silver Lake. Produced by Los Angeles based writer John Trapper, this new work explores the world of four older gay men who are unhealthily obsessed with the famous foursome. Thanks to their equally dysfunctional therapist, they are able to explore their obsession through a novel new therapy. Through the process, they are also able to search their shallow souls for answers to other questions facing older gay men, the answers often coming in the form of a show tune from the decades familiar to thirty-somethings and above.

The Falcon Theatre presents the west coast premiere comedy Everybody Say 'Cheese!', the final production in its 2008-2009 'Bringin' the FUNNY' All-Comedy subscription season. Written by comedy icon and founder of the Falcon Theatre Garry Marshall, Everybody Say 'Cheese!' is directed by Steve Zuckerman and stars Joe Regalbuto (Murphy Brown) and DeeDee Rescher (King of Queens).
