Sal Romeo ETC and SST Productions, producers of the critically acclaimed and O! Ovation Award Recommended play, "Tennessee in the Summer," written by Joe Besecker, will be extending its run until Sunday, June 10, 2012. Starring Jack Heller as Tennessee Williams, Tamara Braun as Woman, Louise Davis as Rose Williams, Edwina Williams and Nurse and Robert Standley as Youngman, Frankie Merlo and Dakin Williams, performances will be given at Sidewalk Studio Theatre, 4150 Riverside Drive, Burbank, CA 91505 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m., June 1, 2, 8 and 9, 2012 and Sundays at 7:00 p.m., June 3 and 10, 2012.

Planet Connections Theatre Festivity will present Naked Brazilian, written and performed by Gustavo Pace, as part of the 4th Annual Planet Connections Theatre Festivity. The Festivity will take place May 30th through June 24th at Culture Project, 45 Bleeker Street in New York City. Ticket $18. Naked Brazilian is playing at Culture Project (Downstairs) in a limited run: Tuesday, June 5th @ 6pm; Friday, June 8th @ 8:30pm; Sunday, June 10th @ 4pm; and Sunday, June 17th @ 3pm, 2012.

On the back of Jermyn Street Theatre's recent announcement of the UK premiere of Henrik Ibsen's comic fantasy St John's Night, to be staged this July, the smallest theatre in the heart of the West End announces another major production for this autumn. Three giants of the British stage come together as Trevor Nunn directs Eileen Atkins and Michael Gambon in All That Fall, a radio play by Samuel Beckett. The work, which has never been seen in London before, continues and extends this small and intimate theatre's burgeoning reputation for attracting the very best talent in British theatre in order to rediscover and stage lesser-known works by major writers. Jermyn Street's production of ALL THAT FALL will play 9th October - 3rd November, with press night set for 11th October at 7.30pm.

Off-Broadway's The New Group has just announced its 2012-2013 season, featuring three world premiere productions. As the season launch in Fall 2012, Scott Elliott, Artistic Director of The New Group, directs Francine Volpe's The Good Mother, featuring Gretchen Mol. Jonathan Marc Sherman's new work Clive arrives in Winter 2013, directed by and featuring Ethan Hawke in the title role. Spring 2013 ushers in the premiere of a new musical at The New Group, Bunty Berman Presents..., by Ayub Khan Din (music, book, lyrics) and Paul Bogaev (music), directed by Scott Elliott.

American Conservatory Theater (A.C.T.) Artistic Director Carey Perloff announced today that The Normal Heart, Larry Kramer's landmark play focusing on the early days of the AIDS crisis in New York City in the 1980s, will open the 2012-13 season this fall, playing Sep 13-Oct 7.

Bill Connington, star of the award-winning play ZOMBIE, and Gayton Scott, of Broadway's GYPSY (Bernadette Peters/Sam Mendes version) appeared in a special site-specific reading/workshop of THE GLASS MENAGERIE by Tennessee Williams at Vassar College in upstate New York. It took place in the Rose Parlor, in the main building on the famed Seven Sisters campus. Also in the cast are William Connell (INDISCRETIONS) and Annmarie Benedict (ROBESON). The Boomerang Theatre Company (Tim Errickson, Artistic Director; Sue Abbott, Managing Director) announced addition casting for their 2012 outdoor production of Shakespeare's Hamlet, adapted and directed by Artistic Director Tim Errickson and starring Zack Calhoon as Hamlet and Mark Souza as Laertes. Don Dinicola, composer of the score for the production of Ten Blocks on the Camino Real, will be at the Charlestown Working Theater for a free, post-show discussion about his composing for live theater. He will be joined by director Davis Robinson, the musicians, and the cast. This presentation is made possible by a grant from the New England Foundation for the Arts, and was originally scheduled for Friday, May 4th. The forum is free and open to the public. The forum will begin at 9:15, immediately after the 8pm performance.

Andrea Alton stars as Molly 'Equality' Dykeman in I CAN'T EVEN THINK STRAIGHT: MOLLY 'EQUALITY' DYKEMAN'S BIG GAY PRIDE SHOW, premiering in June at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Molly "Equality" Dykeman is a barely lucid poet/security guard at PS 339 and a lovable train wreck who launched her career to critical acclaim in the 2011 New York International Fringe Festival.

The Meeting* hosted by Justin Sayre, called "a riotously funny and campy variety show" by Next Magazine, and 'a rollicking, wry affair complete with funny political commentary on current events' by Gay City News, will present their newest edition tonight, May 17 at 9:30 PM.

Orchestra of St. Luke's (OSL) announces its 2012/2013 concert season-the first with Principal Conductor Pablo Heras-Casado performing in both its summer series at Caramoor International Music Festival and orchestra series at Carnegie Hall.

The Tony Award-winning Hartford Stage, under the leadership of Darko Tresnjak, Artistic Director, and Michael Stotts, Managing Director, presents William Shakespeare's magical masterwork, The Tempest, directed by Darko Tresnjak, playing now through June 10, 2012 (press opening: Wednesday, May 16 at 7:30pm). Tony Award nominee Daniel Davis, best known for his recent NYC roles in Classic Stage's The Cherry Orchard, Lincoln Center's The Invention of Love, and the 2004 Broadway revival of La Cage aux Folles, as well as six seasons as Niles the Butler on TV's "The Nanny, plays Prospero. Tennessee Repertory Theatre has announced its schedule for the Martha R. Ingram New Works Festival. The festival will be held May 30 - June 9 and will feature staged readings of new plays from four regional playwrights as well as nationally-renowned playwright Steven Dietz. Dietz is this year's recipient of the Ingram New Works Fellowship.

The acclaimed Broadway production of Tennessee Williams' A Streetcar Named Desire, directed by Emily Man will extend its run through August 19, 2012. Streetcar began performances on April 3 and opened on April 22 and was originally set to end its limited run on July 22 at the Broadhurst.
