Holmes' credits include Frederick in Young Frankenstein (National Tour), and Henry in Next To Normal (Arizona Theatre Co. & SJ Rep.). A.J. composes for the Chicago-based theatre group StarKid Productions (A Very Potter Musical, Me And My Dick, Twisted). He is a graduate of University of Michigan.

At the end of the first act of The Book of Mormon, now playing Austin's Bass Concert Hall for a two week run, I thought to myself, 'This is the most distasteful, crude, offensive, and subversive musical I've ever seen, and I'm loving every minute of it.'
