The fourth season of Comedy Central's stand-up series "The Half Hour" premieres on Saturday, August 22 at Midnight ET/PT and 12:30 a.m. ET/PT

Marking its 12th year, the New York Comedy Festival (NYCF), presented in association with Comedy Central, announced its 2015 line-up today.

Marking its 12th year, the New York Comedy Festival (NYCF), presented in association with Comedy Central, announced its 2015 line-up today.  Expanding to six days and running from November 10 -15, the festival will feature some of comedy's biggest stars performing in New York City's most prestigious venues, including the Beacon Theatre, Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), Carnegie Hall, Carolines on Broadway, Madison Square Garden, The Theater at MSG, Town Hall and the 92nd Street Y.

Tony nominee Stewart, known to many as Star Trek's 'Captain Jean-Luc Picard', has graced the New York stage in A Life in the Theatre, Macbeth, The Caretaker, A Christmas Carol, The Ride Down Mt. Morgan, The Tempest, A Christmas Carol and A Midsummer Night's Dream. After a start with the RSC, Stewart went on to appear in West End productions of Antony and Cleopatra, Macbeth, Hamlet and many more.

Today, Wells Fargo Center for the Arts announced the addition of the critically acclaimed comedy tour Jim Gaffigan: Contagious to its summer lineup for 2015. Gaffigan, who is a Grammy-nominated comedian and New York Times Best-Selling author, will perform tonight, July 22, 2015 at 7:00 & 9:30 p.m. Tickets for the show are $69 and $59 and go on sale Friday, March 6, 2015 at noon. They will be available online at wellsfargocenterarts.org, by calling 707-546-3600, and in person at the box office at 50 Mark West Springs Road in Santa Rosa.

New Jersey Repertory Company, located at 179 Broadway in Long Branch, is proud to announce the U.S. Premiere of Nobody's Girl by Australian Playwright Rick Viede. 

Following the success of its critically acclaimed hit series 'Younger,' TV Land is adding two new comedy series to its summer lineup - 'The Jim Gaffigan Show' and 'Impastor' - debuting tonight, July 15th at 10pm and 10:30pm ET/PT respectively. Fan favorite 'The Exes' will also be returning tonight, July 15th at 11pm ET/PT.

Need a good laugh? Leave it to Playhouse on Park to supply the smiles as Season Seven Comedy Series kicks off on Saturday, September 12. The event will feature Ace Aceto, headliner; Liz Barrett, opening act; and Angel Rentas, emcee.

On last night's LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS, guest Jim Gaffigan stopped by to talk about his new show premiering this week on TV Land.

TV Land has greenlit 'I Shudder,' a dark comedy pilot starring Hamish Linklater ('The New Adventures of Old Christine,' 'The Newsroom') and written by Paul Rudnick ('In & Out,' 'Addams Family Values'), about a meticulous but generous man who sees the world in very black and white terms: what is acceptable, and what is unacceptable. Dan Jinks ('American Beauty,' 'Pushing Daisies') and Rudnick will executive produce.

Bridget Everett is taking Comedy Central by the balls in the uncensored world premiere of her one-hour special, 'Bridget Everett: Gynecological Wonder,' airing on Comedy Central tonight, July 11 at 12:30 a.m. ET/PT. For fans that can't wait for Everett's new material, the special will be available on July 6 on CC: Stand-Up Direct.
