Roundabout Theatre Company in association with Don Gregory, announced that Jim Parsons (Elwood P. Dowd), Jessica Hecht (Veta Louise Simmons) and Charles Kimbrough (William R. Chumley, M.D.) starring in a new Broadway production of the Pulitzer Prize winning comedy Harvey by Mary Chase and directed by Scott Ellis.

SAFE HOUSE is coming to theaters on February 10, 2012 from Universal Pictures. The action thriller is directed by Daniel Espinosa and written by David Guggenheim. The cast includes Ryan Reynolds and Denzel Washington.

In cooperation with the Broadway Green Alliance (BGA), LG Electronics donated new ultra energy efficient laundry pairs - among the most energy efficient on the market - to all 45 Broadway theaters. Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark cast member Patrick Page who plays super villain, Green Goblin, accepted the donated laundry pair on behalf of the Foxwoods Theater. According to Deadline.com, a remake of the 1989 movie 'Steel Magnolias' which was based on the 1987 play, is currently in the works. Lifetime is currently working with Broadway director Kenny Leon and producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron to recreate the classic film with an all-black cast.
