The American Repertory Theater announced today the theme and honorees of the A.R.T.'s second annual Valentine's Gala - A.R.T. EVER AFTER, to be held at the Plaza Castle, 130 Columbus Avenue, Boston.

Max Raabe & Palast Orchester embark on a 2012 U.S. tour in support of their new album, ONE CANNOT KISS ALONE (February 21 release date) with a Philadelphia performance scheduled on March 2, 2012 at 8 p.m. at the Merriam Theater. With the looks of Fred Astaire and the deadpan humor of Christopher Walken, the dapper Max Raabe performs sophisticated cabaret hits of 1920s and 1930s Berlin with the 12-piece Orchester, including new works from ONE CANNOT KISS ALONE.

The Off Broadway Alliance, the organization of Off Broadway producers, theaters, general managers, press agents, and marketing firms, will hold another in its series of seminars focused on the culture, business and history of Off Broadway on Sunday, February 12.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, theatre veterans Al Pacino, Alan Arkin, and Christopher Walken have signed on to star in 'Stand Up Guys.' Previously titled 'Old Timers,' the comedy will be directed by Fisher Stevens.

Robert Lindsay and Joanna Lumley will lead the cast in Trevor Nunn's production of James Goldman's The Lion in Winter.

Guest Director Lisa Berger is tackling the Southern California Premiere of McDonagh's first and only US-based comedy that, despite its change in location, stays true to the playwright's overriding themes of gore and wit. The cast includes Jeffrey Jones, Mike Sears and Cygnet newcomers Kelly Iversen and Vimel. Previews begin January 19th, 2012, and Press Opening is January 28th, 2012.

Daniel Sullivan, who directed acclaimed productions of All's Well That Ends Well, The Merchant of Venice and Twelfth Night in the Park, will return to direct AS YOU LIKE IT in June with Lily Rabe as Rosalind. The second show of the 50th Anniversary summer season will be Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine's beloved musical INTO THE WOODS, directed by Timothy Sheader with co-direction by Liam Steel. Based on the Olivier Award-winning Regent's Park Open Air Theatre London production in 2010, The Public Theater's INTO THE WOODS will be an all new production with an American cast and designers and will be staged in one of the most beautiful outdoor venues in the world-the Delacorte Theater. INTO THE WOODS will begin performances at the end of July.

The Lion in Winter, produced by the Theatre Royal Haymarket Company, runs until 28 January 2012, Set and costume designs are by Stephen Brimson Lewis with music by Steven Edis, sound by Paul Groothuis and video design by Ian William Galloway. On this morning's TODAY show on NBC, David Gregory interviewed Dennis Devern, the man who captained the yacht the night that actress Natalie Wood mysteriously disappeared 30 years ago. Davern confessed to Gregory that he had lied to investigators about the details of that night and blamed Wood's husband, actor Robert Wagner, for failing to act efficiently in searching for his wife the night she drowned.
