Austin Opera today announced four new members have joined the Company's Board of Trustees for the 2018-2019 season: Ernest Auerbach, John English, Jonathan Sessler, and Alan Williams. Their terms began July 1, 2018.

Neglected Musicals in association with Hayes Theatre Co will present BIG RIVER at Hayes Theatre Co from Wednesday 18 April for six presentations only. Directed by Ellen Simpson, this musical is based on Mark Twain's classic 1884 novel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, the musical features music in the bluegrass and country styles in keeping with the setting of the novel.

Art Fort Lauderdale has announced its new partners and artMASTERS show for the 1st annual Art Fair on the Water at waterfront properties on the intracoastal waterways in Fort Lauderdale. Denn Lola gefallt auch Rico, dem Mafioso und Besitzer des New Yorker Kult-Clubs 'Copacabana'. Und bevor das Eifersuchtsdrama seinen Lauf nimmt, mixt der Barkeeper noch rasch einen Manhattan - oder noch besser: einen Golden Copacabana. In einer Inszenierung von Iris Limbarth bringt das Landestheater Coburg das Musical COPACABANA, basierend auf dem Hitsong, jetzt erstmal nach Deutschland. Julia Klemm gibt die Hauptrolle der Lola, außerdem stehen unter anderem Gero Wendorff und Andreas Langsch auf der Buhne.
