PS Classics released the original cast recording of last season's acclaimed production of Lone STAR LOVE on Tuesday, January 10, 2006.

PS Classics will record the cast album of the recent much-acclaimed production of Lone Star Love on March 2nd. Directed by Michael Bogdanov (Olivier Award-winner for The War of the Roses), LONE STAR LOVE is inspired by the play The Merry Wives of Windsor by William Shakespeare, conceived and adapted by John L. Haber, with music and lyrics by Jack Herrick, and contributions from Michael Bogdanov, Bland Simpson and Tommy Thompson. Randy Skinner (2001 Tony® nominee, 42nd Street) is choreographer. Discussions are underway for a commercial transfer.

LONE STAR LOVE a new musical (also known as The Merry Wives of Windsor, Texas), will be featured on A&E's 'Breakfast with the Arts' this Sunday, December 26 in the 9:00am hour (the show airs from 8:00am to 10:00am Eastern time; check local listings).

LONE STAR LOVE, the new musical at the John Houseman Theatre, has been extended by popular demand through February 6. The Amas Musical Theatre Production, also known as the Merry Wives of Windsor Texas, was originally scheduled to run through January 9.

LONE STAR LOVE a new musical (also known as The Merry Wives of Windsor, Texas), has announced its full company to begin performances at Off-Broadway's John Houseman Theater (450 West 42nd Street, between 9th & 10th Avenues) on Sunday, November 21, with the official opening night set for Wednesday, December 8.
