Auditions for Riverside Opera Company's next PoPera production with a full professional symphony orchestra will take place in midtown Manhattan on Sat. March 28th.
Performers are encouraged to sing their best Opera, pop or Broadway piece (50th anniversary of the Sound of Music). Performing in one genre is acceptable. Winners of the audition will perform with a full professional symphony orchestra in NYC on May 16th and receive a $200 stipend.
There will be a one time tax deductible audition/application fee of $45 to cover production costs. A professional opera pianist/accompanist will be provided.
