Village Theatre is located outside Seattle in Issaquah, WA. All productions rehearse in Issaquah, the first part of the run takes place in Issaquah, at the Francis J. Gaudette Theater followed by a run in Everett, WA at the Everett
Performing Arts Center.

PREPARATION

Please bring a physical copy of your headshot and resume and come prepared to dance. Please wear clothes that you can move in and dance shoes of your choice that allow for uncompromised movement, including turning.

BREAKDOWN

Equity encourages everyone participating in the auditions to wear a two-ply cloth face mask, surgical
mask, singer’s mask or respirator (N95, KN95 or KF94). Single-ply face masks, gaiters and bandanas
are not recommended. Singer’s masks can be found at www.broadwayreliefproject.com/singersmask.
Equity encourages members to prepare for their audition prior to arriving at the audition venue, to the
extent that they can (e.g., get dressed, hair/make-up, etc.) to avoid crowding in bathrooms and
dressing rooms.

Holding/Audition room information:

The audition room can accommodate no more than 44 dancers at a time.

The holding room can accommodate no more than 45 individuals at a time.

Ensemble members play various roles such as singers, musicians, and other people found throughout
the music industry. Some of the roles for ensemble members include: Janelle Woods, Marilyn Wald,
Lou Adler, The Drifters, The Shirelles, The Righteous Brothers, Little Eva and others. Specific roles
such as The Drifters, The Shirelles, Janelle Woods, and Little Eva.
