Sarah Marcus Sarah Marcus has been an avid theater-goer since a young age, attending many shows in NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia. In the past few years she has also been lucky enough to hold internships at Sh-k-boom/Ghostlight Records, Serino Coyne Inc, The Araca Group, and Encore Merchandising. Currently she is a senior at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where she is majoring in English with a Drama Concentration and Communications, while minoring in Theatre Arts. She is highly involved in student theater at Penn both on stage and in tech roles. This year she will serve as the Vice President of Penn Singers, Penn's light opera/musical theater company. She will also be writing her Honors English thesis on cross-dressing conventions in both the play and musical of Peter Pan.

With the recently completed renovation of the Academy of Music Ballroom, the Kimmel Center is now offering free tours of the 'Grand Old Lady of Locust Street.' Beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2009, experienced volunteers will lead groups on one-hour tours of the Academy of Music. Tours will be offered at 11:30am on select dates by reservation.
