WICKED Extends Booking Period At London's Apollo

By: Sep. 03, 2010

WICKED, the "West End phenomenon" (The Sunday Telegraph) that tells the untold story of the Witches of Oz, flies into its 5th year this month at London's Apollo Victoria Theatre where it continues to experience year-on-year financial growth at the Box Office:
A 10th new booking period is being added, with tickets going on sale this Monday (6 September 2010) to Saturday 29 October 2011.

WICKED welcomed its 3 millionth theatregoer at the evening performance on Wednesday 4 August 2010.

2010 is set to be the show's highest grossing year to date with this past summer alone (1 June-28 August 2010) up in excess of £1 million on the same period in 2009.
Acclaimed as "one of the biggest hits of our age" (The Observer) and winner of the Laurence Olivier Award for ‘Most Popular Show' and the Whatsonstage.com Award for 'Best West End Show', WICKED has now played over 1650 performances and grossed in excess of £110 million at the UK Box Office since its West End premiere in 2006.
