COMEDY CENTRAL and Open Road Films have reached an agreement for a film package that includes the first window broadcast premiere of Marlon Wayans' new blockbuster comedy "A Haunted House" and Dax Shepard's "Hit & Run," it was announced today by David Bernath, Executive Vice President, Program Strategy and Multiplatform Programming, COMEDY CENTRAL and Rand Stoll, Head of TV Sales for Open Road Films.

Due to a scheduling change, American Idol Season 11 champion Phillip Phillips will no longer appear on Fox's NEW YEAR'S EVE LIVE! In his place will be recently crowned X Factor winner Tate Stevens. The network also announced that comedian Marlon Wayans will host the 90-minute special broadcast.

Spike TV's "VGA TEN" (#VGA), the network's tenth annual live televised event to celebrate the best in video games, will feature appearances by returning hosts, Snoop Lion and Zachary Levi and a special video cameo from Neil Patrick Harris.
